Tyson updates

Discovering Bubbles!

We went to the zoo... it was pretty disappointing... John Ball Park Zoo just doesn't cut it. I agree with my sister when she says the animals are all sedated because we went in the morning they did not do anything. And there are maybe only 20 different animals. Needless to say, the train play area was probably the high light!

Sitting with John Ball.

The bears.

So when I was downstairs working on the basement, Tyson was upstairs finding the goldfish and dumping the entire bag on his plate. :)

Tyson likes to take the silverware out of the drawer while I am making dinner. He "helps"

Making tracks and playing cars.

Tyson likes to play "ten" which is hide and seek. Tim decided to put him in the dryer and now whenever we play ten, he likes to hide in there. So here are his little beedy eyes sticking out and me "finding" him. :)

Tyson is getting so big, every once and while, Tim and I look at him and we are just amazed how big he is already! He likes reading the Napping House and he can finish all the sentences in the book for me. He knows specific titles of books he wants to read. He is starting to put 2-3 words together for sentences. We were playing hoops the other day and he was like, "nice shot mamma" It is nice to get positive reinforcement from a 20 month old! Good times. He also likes to go to "practis" and "game" because tim and I are coaching baseball and soccer this spring. So tyson gets dragged along. He likes it most of the time. He also continues to LOVE daycare. When we pray at night we say God bless and then he proceeds to list all of the ppl at daycare and all of his aunts and uncles and grandmas and grandpas. It is pretty cute. He is starting to have to take time-outs now too. He likes to push the boundaries shall we say. :) Like he knows he is not suppose to go on the road but he will take his bike all the way up to the road and slowly put his front tire on the road and then turn and look at me like, what are you going to do now? Too smart for his own good.
But we are loving this stage and are not looking forward to the terrible twos so much. :) I can only imagine if he takes after Tim's stubbornness. hahaha, well maybe not Tim's so much.
